Azmec carries out precision machining on items in different materials, both in its workshops and through its partnerships with tried and tested professional suppliers. Using state-of-the-art machine tools such as CNC borers, vertical and parallel lathes, machining centres, Azmec can construct mechanical components of all types from customer drawings.<\/p>


Expertise, consolidated over a period of more than 60 years of experience in the sector, make it possible to choose and use the most suitable tools to work on any type of material, both from bar and cast formats, such as: common steel, cast iron, aluminium, bronze, tempered and stainless steel. Azmec performs mechanical milling, turning, and broaching operations and thanks to reliable partners and components, it is able to provide products with surface treatments and other processing: recovery, annealing, solubilisation, inductive hardening, galvanisation, chrome plating, anodisation, serration, gumming, sandblasting, passivation and pickling. Product quality is guaranteed by painstaking checks by the machine operation, using constantly controlled and calibrated instruments, in line with the relevant standards.
